The woman behind Tuesday’s YouTube HQ shooting has now reportedly been identified.
The female shooter has been identified as Nasim Aghdam, of Southern California, according to NBC Bay Area’s Investigative team.
Officials told the NBC that she’s in her 30s, possibly around 35
Nasim Aghdam’s boyfriend was one of the shooting victims, along with two women. The three worked at YouTube HQ, which is located in San Bruno, C.A.
Sources reportedly told NBC Nasim had a YouTube channel — and may have also gone by many other aliases.
She reportedly posted videos under the name “Nasim Wonder1,” with many dating back as far as 2011.
Her most recent post on YouTube was only three weeks ago titled “Leg Exercises At Home Fitness.”
In another video on YouTube, Aghdam complained about being “discriminated and filtered on YouTube.”
“Youtube filtered my channels to keep them from getting views!” Nasim Aghdam claimed on her personal website. pic.twitter.com/WaQP7lKPLu
