WASHINGTON – D.C. – Police are on the lookout for two suspects who attacked a female Trump voter after she said she supported the President.
Police reports say the felony assault happened at around 1 a.m. on March 16 at the Surfside restaurant in the 1800 of N Street near Dupont Circle in Northwest D.C.

According to the police report, 29-year-old Maricela stated she had overheard a conversation between two women and their male friend, the four were then involved in a conversation and Maricela told them. “I support Donald Trump.”
Then they called me a racist and then they started attacking me,” Maricela told FOX 5.
Maricela says the two female suspects assaulted her after she announced her support for the President, but their male friend did try to step in and stop them. The 29-year-old victim said she then took herself to Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland, for treatment of her injuries.
“After it happened, I got a bruised right eye,” the victim said. “My blood vessels inside my eye burst. I got a fractured finger, a bruised knee and minor bruises all over my body.”
D.C. police have released a video of the female suspects that was captured on the restaurant’s surveillance cameras.
