Hollywood hosted another lame self-congratulatory award show on Monday night, and it was jam-packed with failed “jokes” aimed at President Trump, Republicans, and also Christians.
During the very boring 70th Annual Emmy Awards, co-host Michael Che started the show saying the only white people that thank Jesus are former crackheads and conservatives.
“My mother is not watching,” Che said. “She says she doesn’t like watching white award shows because you guys don’t thank Jesus enough.”
He added: “That’s true. The only white people that thank Jesus are Republicans and ex-crackheads.”
The response, sympathy laughs.
