Ms. Swetnick, in a sworn statement says she was a victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes where Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge were present. Swetnick also claims she was drugged with Qualuudes or “something similar.”
Avenatti tweeted Julie Swetnick’s sworn statement demanding that an FBI investigation into the allegations be launched and said
“During the years 1981-82 I became aware of efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to “spike” the “punch” at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say “no,” Swetnick said in paragraph 11 or her sworn statement.
“I witnesses efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh
Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s 3rd accuser Julie Swetnick makes allegations of gang rape against Kavanaugh and Judge in paragraph 13 in her sworn statement:
In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of these “gang” or “train” rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present. Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people. During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me. I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”
Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation. pic.twitter.com/QHbHBbbfbE

Julie Swetnick says she was assaulted by Kavanaugh at one of the "rape parties" she admittedly attended in Washington. If she knew this was going on and there was danger, why did she keep going back? #WitchHunt
So according to Julie Swetnick’s accusation we’re supposed to believe that a gang of serial rapists were terrorizing young women at house parties and not only did no one ever report it but she KEPT GOING TO THE PARTIES? Oh and the FBI missed this on 6 background checks? Really?!
