The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services released their FY 2018 report and there was an increase in citizenship,
But wait, Isn’t Trump supposed to be anti-immigrant according to the Democrats?
Well…
Last year Homeland Security reached a five-year high in approvals of citizenship applications and swore in more people to the US as naturalized citizens as well, according to the new statistical report released on Friday night.
Those numbers contradict the complaints of congressional Democrats who had claimed there was a backlog in citizenship applications at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Homeland Security branch that handles legal immigration.
The new report also suggests that the government is processing more asylum-seeker petitions than any of the last four years. That included a 61 percent increase from 2017 to 2018 in affirmative asylum applications.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services @USCIS released their FY 2018 report and if you're wondering why ZERO mainstream media outlets have touched it this week it might be because there was a 61% increase from 2017 to 2018 in affirmative asylum applications.

We know what you’re thinking though…
but it is the administration putting out these numbers.

Maybe so, but Lyndsey makes a fair point here:
… so your confirmation bias is so dogged that you want to believe USCIS—which is highly staffed by Obama-era federal employees—fabricated numbers in an official report?

You realize that's not a thing, right?
Crickets from the MSM.
