E. Jean Carroll has accused President Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her in a dressing room at a Manhattan department store in the mid-1990s.
Ms. Carroll – a New York-based advice columnist – wrote that after what started as a friendly encounter with Donald Trump at Bergdorf Goodman in 1995 or 1996, he pushed her up against a dressing room wall, unzipped his pants and forced himself on her.
Ms. Carroll said that in a “colossal struggle,” she pushed him off and ran from the store.
The accusation comes from an excerpt from a new book Carroll is promoting titled “Shocker.”
Self-proclaimed ‘radical feminist’ E. Jean Carroll has produced no video evidence and many are asking why she did not make her accusation against Trump during the 2016 election or the first two years of President Trump’s presidency.

In a strange MSNBC interview Friday, Carroll said that she will not try to press any charges against President Trump for her supposed rape, for which no video evidence exists saying that pressing charges would be disrespectful to the women on the border who are raped and have very little to protect them.
In a statement, President Trump called the accusation “fake news” and said “I Have Never Met This Person in my Life”
