“Attacked by Antifa. Bleeding. They stole my camera equipment. No police until after. waiting for ambulance . If you have evidence Of attack please help,” Ngo tweeted.
Footage recorded by another journalist, The Oregonian‘s Jim Ryan, clearly shows an Antifa activist punching Ngo in the face. Others throw milkshakes at him:
First skirmish I’ve seen. Didn’t see how this started, but @MrAndyNgo got roughed up. pic.twitter.com/hDkfQchRhG

Here’s @donlemon glorifying criminal enterprise Antifa, which today led to the hospitalization of my client @MrAndyNgo with a brain bleed. He was targeted because he consistently reports on their activities and calls out their violence. It was not the 1st time they assaulted him. https://t.co/lc0s5q4AMY

Portland police said that some of the milkshakes thrown by Antifa on Saturday contained quick-dry cement.
Police confirmed three people were arrested in connection with the demonstrations that lasted for hours Saturday, with more arrests possible.
The arrested suspects were identified as:
- Gage Halupowski, 23, on charges of second-degree assault and assault on a public safety officer.
- James K. Stocks, 21, on the charge of harassment.
- Maria C. Dehart, 23, on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.
Throwing milkshakes at politicians is a tactic of British progressive activists that recently traveled to this side of the Atlantic. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R–Fla.) was hit with one in June. The tactic has the far-left liberal mainstream media shills like Vox‘s Carlos Maza who tweeted “milkshake them all” after a British activist hurled a milkshake at Nigel Farage.
