Journalist attacked and robbed by ANTIFA in Portland

A photojournalist and editor at Quillette ended up in the emergency room after he was attacked by domestic terror group Antifa on the streets of Portland during a  demonstration Saturday afternoon.

Andy Ngo is a well-known chronicler of Antifa activity and has been seen on Fox News. He attended the protest as a journalist, covering a notable public event.

According to Ngo, An Antifa member stole his camera equipment as well.

“Attacked by Antifa. Bleeding. They stole my camera equipment. No police until after. waiting for ambulance . If you have evidence Of attack please help,” Ngo tweeted.

Footage recorded by another journalist, The Oregonian‘s Jim Ryan, clearly shows an Antifa activist punching Ngo in the face. Others throw milkshakes at him:

Portland police said that some of the milkshakes thrown by Antifa on Saturday contained quick-dry cement.

Police confirmed three people were arrested in connection with the demonstrations that lasted for hours Saturday, with more arrests possible.

The arrested suspects were identified as:

  • Gage Halupowski, 23, on charges of second-degree assault and assault on a public safety officer.
  • James K. Stocks, 21, on the charge of harassment.
  • Maria C. Dehart, 23, on the charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment.

Throwing milkshakes at politicians is a tactic of British progressive activists that recently traveled to this side of the Atlantic. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R–Fla.) was hit with one in June. The tactic has the far-left liberal mainstream media shills like Vox‘s Carlos Maza who tweeted “milkshake them all” after a British activist hurled a milkshake at Nigel Farage.
