Missing teen from Queens may have been lured to London by man she met online

Victoria Grabowski, a 16-year-old girl from Queens ran off from her house last weekend and flew to London, police said.

16-year-old Victoria Grabowski was last seen at about 10 a.m. at her home in Maspeth on Saturday, police said.

Police believe she stole a credit card and used it to buy a flight to London that day, authorities said.

Victoria’s uncle, Arkadiusz Grabowski, told qns.com that she may have been lured to the U.K. by an older man that she met online.

He told the website that her parents found a number of texts between Victoria, the older man, and several other people.

“The texts show that she got fascinated with London and wanted to move there,” Arkadiusz said.

The NYPD is working with police in London to bring her back to the United States.
