Rep. Tulsi Gabbard blasts Hillary Clinton for falsely accusing her of being a Russian asset

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard slammed Hillary Clinton — calling the former first lady “the queen of warmongers” after Clinton implied the Russians were “grooming” the 2020 presidential candidate as an asset.

“Thank you @HillaryClinton,” tweeted Gabbard, who is vying to win the Democratic primary.

“You, the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain.”

Gabbard’s tweets came in response to Hillary Clinton who earlier Friday implied that Russians were “grooming” the Hawaii congresswoman to give up her Democratic primary bid and run for president as a third-party candidate.

While appearing on former President Obama aide David Plouffe’s “Campaign HQ” podcast Clinton falsely claimed: “She’s the favorite of the Russians,” Clinton said, “They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far.”

Plouffe ended the podcast with a reference to Clinton’s “belief that Tulsi Gabbard is going to be a third-party candidate propped up by Trump and the Russians — ” and Clinton did not contradict him.
