Not sure what CBS is trying to pull here, but the emergency room footage aired on CBS claiming it’s from New York City matches footage aired on Sky News from a hospital in Italy.
The original footage from SKY News aired on March 22nd from Italy.

This week CBS News reported dire conditions from New York City in their round the clock coronavirus coverage. Then on Wednesday morning, CBS aired the footage below from a New York hospital.
Clearly you can see the footage matches the SKY News video from inside an Italian hospital. This footage from Italy was aired Sunday, March 22.
And you wonder why you get called fake news CBS.
