New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has announced that hundreds of inmates incarcerated in New York City have been released from the prisons and jails to help combat the Coronavirus.
De Blasio announced the decision to release the prisoners from jail as part of the new Coronavirus “safety measures” despite the warnings given to him.
