Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was released on Tuesday without bail after being charged with destruction of property for burning a Black Lives Matter banner at a church and possession of high-capacity firearm magazines.
Tarrio pleaded not guilty to the charges. The judge preceding over the case told him to stay away from Washington, DC, until his next court date.
