Facebook Falsely Strikes Milne News Over Post Allowed By Others On The Platform

Someone at Facebook is falsely flagging Milne News over a post comparing the bail conditions between Kyle Ritten House and Timothy Simpkins.

The post in question merely shows the difference between how much bail was set for Kyle Rittenhouse to Timothy Simpkins.

Facebook accused us of “violating our Community Standards.” Facebook claims that we were ‘promoting’ and ‘supporting” Rittenhouse which is apparently a big no-no.

However, we did nothing Facebook has accused us of. We simply shared a post showing the difference. We post things just like everyone and other pages to start a civil discussion. But according to Facebook, you aren’t allowed to talk about things unless they approve of it.

We didn’t state what we were for or against yet Facebook decided to tell us what they thought we are thinking. We didn’t promote what either of these people did. Nor did we show support for either of them.

So now Facebook has stopped us from posting and is threatening to take down our page based on someone at Facebook doing the wrong thing.

And the kicker? Facebook won’t allow us to appeal. There’s no option for it.

Here you can see – and if you search- thousands have been allowed to share the exact same post.

So why us Facebook? Why can’t we appeal your false strike on us?
